How we calculate your lifetime
Life expectancy figures are sourced from the WHO Global Health Observatory and World Bank open data, updated annually. Your remaining life is calculated as: (life expectancy β current age) Γ 365.25 days. All calculations happen entirely in your browser β no data leaves your device.
The lifetime totals are projections based on your current daily habits remaining constant. Life changes β use the "What If?" tab to explore how small adjustments compound over years.
